Tri Edge Advisors is an innovative organization, built by senior executives with an extensive resume in Real Estate Accounting. Our Co-Founders leverage their diverse experience to guide clients in gaining efficiencies and rendering accurate, quality results.
Cathy Louie
Cathy started her career at Arthur Andersen, working in both Audit & Business Assurance, servicing financial market and real estate clients, and Real Estate Consulting on commercial mortgage-backed securitization transactions. She has over 25 years of experience and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of real estate development and investment companies.
Dawn Dardzinski
With more than 30 years of combined leadership experience, Dawn spent 16 years in Financial Services with JPMorgan Chase, managing the development of leading-edge technology products such as Chase Online Banking, Morgan Online and the JPMorgan Access Portal. Later, she spent 8 years at Related Companies as the IT Program Manager responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Property Management and Building Technology. Dawn is also the Managing Member of D2D Consulting Services and has been successfully providing technology and management consulting services to the Real Estate industry since its inception in 2017.
